Ok I did not forget my eldest just turned four...I've been waiting for all the excitement to die down and the majority of the pics to be taken....so without further ado....
Then...
And now...
Maddo turned the big 4 on Monday. We did a private family thing Monday night and went out to dinner at her favorite restaurant...Texas Roadhouse, she could not be swayed. She got to sit in a saddle and have it announced to everyone that she was turning 4 and said Yee Haw!!! It was cute...wish I had pics. But the big excitement was on Wednesday when we had a huge party for her with all her friends at ChuckE. Cheese's. We invited all of her fellow sunbeams and then some. Everyone had a blast. We had birthday crowns instead of hats and her cake had princess's on it. Sense a theme? It acutally happened by accident...I was too cheap to buy hats so we made crowns...everyone loved them. Maddy got LOTS of princess stuff. A dress, jewelry, princess toys and a crown to go with it all. She also got from her grand-ma ma and grand pooh ba and her uncles, 7 princess barbies.
She had so much fun. We all had so much fun... Maddo we love you and are so glad that you are part of our family. You are beautiful and smart and a lot of fun. You are also the bestest big sister ever...(Emmy thinks so!!) We hope you have a great year this year and many more to come. Love you lots kiddo!!!

Happy Birthday Maddy!! We are so bummed that we missed her party. We just couldn't squeeze it in on a school night. :(
